Dmitry Davydenko graduated from the International Law Faculty of Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

Dmitry Davydenko is a certified international lawyer. He is a Doctor of Law (dissertation "Settlement as a Dispute Resolution Method under Russian Law and Laws of Some Foreign Countries" was granted by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2004).

Dmitry is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Dmitry was a Fellow of the Institute for Comparative and International Private Law by Max Planck in 2009 and 2010. He is a member of the Russian-German research project in the field of international commercial arbitration; member of the association of young professionals in the field of international arbitration LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration).

Dmitry is author of more than 50 publications in the field of extrajudicial (alternative) dispute resolution, recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions and corporate law. He is a member of the expert-methodological council of the College of Intermediaries of the Russian Chamber of Commerce.

Dmitry Davydenko joined Muranov, Chernyakov and Partners in 2004. Dmitry is an expert in private international law and procedure, international commercial arbitration, settlement, conciliation. He has worked on projects in the areas of contract law, corporate governance, internal controls and procedures.

Dmitry specialises on resolution of disputes, in particular, international commercial arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Russia. Dmitry Davydenko was involved in a number of complex projects of Muranov, Chernyakov and Partners. He has worked with Rosneft, National Bank TRUST, Renaissance Insurance, Loral Space & Communications Ltd., Baltic Plant, Moscow City Golf Club and others.
