Similar to LLC and JSC the following information about a partnership is in the registrar of the legal entities:

- partnership's name, its registered address and the way of formation (incorporation of a new partnership or a reorganisation);
- information about the partnership's participants;
- original or certified copy of the founding contract;
- legal predecessors;
- dates of amendments to the founding contract;
- if the partnership is liquidated, the reason (liquidation or reorganisation);
- amount of the charter capital;
- information about a person who can act on the partnership's behalf without a power of attorney;
- licenses;
- location of the partnership's branches and representative offices;
- partnership's taxpayer number;
- information about directions of economical activity of the partnership;
- numbers and dates of the partnership registration in the State Pension Fund, the Social Security Fund, the Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund;
- partnership's bank accounts.

A partnership must inform the registrar about every change of the information within three days. Information, contained in the register under exception of the passport details of partners or the partnership's bank accounts can be provided to every member of public upon his written request. The State duty is 200 rubles or rubles 400 in case of expedited service.

Generally a partnership is not under obligation to publish reports on its activity.
